The land area is about 8 Kattha 6 Dhur 1 Kanwa and the total built up area of buildings is 8,676.71sq.ft. The building of which construction was begun from Falgun, 2079 BS is being built in a Neo-classical architectural design. After the completion of the construction of well-equipped buildings, the contributors of the EPF of Madhesh Province will be able to get easy service and hence the efficiency of the service flow will also be increased.
