- Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh, Pulchowk, Lalitpur has allocated funds towards the cost of Renovation Works of Office cum Commercial Building of Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Renovation Works of Office cum Commercial Building of Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh East Block at Tridevi Marga, Thamel, Kathmandu, NCB/SGBC/2081/82-01. Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of bidding document.
- Sanchayakosh Ghar Jagga Byawasthapan Company Pvt. Ltd. (SGBC) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Renovation Works of Office cum Commercial Building of Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh East Block at Tridevi Marga, Thamel, Kathmandu under National Competitive Bidding – Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.
Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:
- Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: 46.47 Million.
- Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: At least One (1) Contract of Renovation/Retrofitting works of Building within the last ten (10) years, with a value of at least
12.39 Million without VAT.
- Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.
- Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Sanchayakosh Ghar Jagga Byawasthapan Company Pvt. Ltd, Lagankhel, Lalitpur, Telephone: 977-1-5422546, 5422547, email address: epf.realestate@epf.org.np or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
- Bidder should submit their bid electronically and may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the company’s bank account as specified below.

- Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Sanchayakosh Ghar Jagga Byawasthapan Company Pvt. Ltd., Lagankhel, Lalitpur at 13:00 PM on 2081-06-08, Telephone: 977-1-5422546, 5422547.
- Electronic bids must be submitted to the office of Sanchayakosh Ghar Jagga Byawasthapan Company Pvt. Ltd., Lagankhel, Lalitpur through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egpon on before 12:00 noon on 2081-06-20. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
- The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 13:30 PM on 2081-06-20 at the office of Sanchayakosh Ghar Jagga Byawasthapan Company Pvt. Ltd., Lagankhel, Lalitpur. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 7,75,000.00 (Seven Lakhs Seventy-Five Thousand Only) which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
- If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
- In Case of Discrepancy or error in Tender notice, bid document and other document of Renovation Works of Office cum Commercial Building of Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh East Block at Tridevi Marga, Thamel, Kathmandu, Sanchayakosh Ghar Jagga Byawasthapan Company Pvt. Ltd. reserves right to amend, correct at any time. Such amendment and correction shall be published in the national daily newspaper/notice board/website of the Company.
- Other related rules and regulations will be as per Public Procurement Act-2063 and Sanchayakosh Ghar Jagga Byawasthapan Company Private Limited, Procurement Regulation, 2078 with recent amendments.
